Patient didn’t see a dentist for several years because of dental phobia. Due to poor health of the remaining natural teeth, we referred patient to a dentist that we work with and patient had full upper and lower extractions. On the top arch, patient has a full complete upper denture and on the bottom, patient has a fixed (non-removable) All-On-4 denture. After several years of maintaining periodontal disease and regular visits to their specialist, teeth could no longer be saved and were extracted. On the upper arch, patient has a full complete upper denture and on the lower arch, patient has a fixed (non-removable) implant retained bridge replacing their 4 lower teeth. This patient transitioned from partial upper and lower dentures.
