Often, our customers do not have the opportunity or desire to buy the necessary medications in one of the city pharmacies. We took into account the need to create a service for the home delivery of goods and are pleased to offer you a convenient service “from hand to hand.” We ship medications around the globe.

Perhaps you are in a medical institution or can not leave a sick child at home alone. There are situations when there is simply no time to pick up an order. In these cases, home delivery is the most convenient way to get drugs

Caring for our customers led the team of My Canadian Pharmacy to organize services for the home delivery of products. In order to order delivery to your home, office, any other institution, you do not need to make an effort – it is enough to choose the shipping option and to specify the delivery address.

Shipping options

We currenly use 2 shipping options to deliver drugs:

1. EMS delivery ($30). This express option is suitable for those customers who prefer faster service. EMS delivery usually takes 5-9 days from the date the drugs have been sent out. The maximum delivery term is 14 days. All clients who opt for this delivery method will receive a tracking number as soon as their orders are sent out;
2. Standard airmail delivery ($10). Delivery usually takes 14-21 days from the date the drugs have been sent out. The maximum delivery term is 30 days. The products sare shipped in a discreet package and left in your mailbox. The orders shipped by standard airmail delivery service are NOT trackable.

How to order home delivery?

Find the product you need on our website. Convenient search by name or symptoms allows you to do this as quickly as possible. Add it in the shopping cart and click on Checkout. Select a Shipping Method from the options and click Submit Order. After that, you will receive an order condirmation email containing details about the delivery time.

How to get free delivery?

• Your order will be shipped for free via standard airmail service if your total order amount reaches $200;
• Your order will be shipped for free via EMS delivery service if your total order amount reaches $300.

Transportation conditions

Transportation of drugs is carried out in specially equipped cars. We fully adhere to the rules and carefully comply with the conditions of transportation in accordance with the current legislation of the USA. Responsible attitude to the delivery process ensures the safety of the package and the container.

How can you pay for your order?

We accept the major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, Diners Club, Discover) and E-Checks.

Refund Policy

If your order is lost during transportation or arrives damaged or some products are missing, we will reship it free of charge or offer you a full refund.
